• The track record of the builder.
• What features and finishes are included with your new home.
• What are the total closing costs in addition of the purchase price.
• Is the H.S.T. included?  (based on what criteria)
• What is the actual closing date, or occupancy date.
• What does the occupancy fee include, . . . and more, . . .
